"One Bread, One Cup" is a five-day liturgical leadership conference for parish and school teams of high school students and their adult leaders. These conferences bring a greater understanding of involvement in and enthusiasm for the liturgy to today’s teenagers.

Youth and their adult ministers are formed in the spirituality and theology of liturgy and are trained in the ministries performed at liturgical prayer. The conferences are led by an experienced staff of musicians, speakers and youth leaders from across the country.

The right mixture of learning sessions, socials and, most importantly, personal and liturgical prayer creates a week that excites teens and adults and encourages them to become more involved in their parishes back home.

The daily schedule of the conference includes theology sessions, liturgical skills sessions, spirituality sessions, Mass, Morning Prayer and Evening Prayer from the Liturgy of the Hours, and time for recreation and socializing. The educational sessions include:

Catechesis Liturgical Formation Spiritual Formation
The Second Vatican Council says the Eucharist both symbolizes and makes real the unity of the Church. Pope Paul VI also said that unity is the way and instrument of evangelization. Parish and school teams will delve into the connection between the Eucharist and evangelization and develop a plan for becoming a group devoted to the work of bringing the Good News of Jesus Christ to all.
